Deposits / Payments
For PEI Vacation Packages and Shopping Tours, a deposit of $100 per
person, per tour is due at time of booking. Balance of payment must
be paid 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified on the
individual tour pricing section. Full payment must accompany any reservation
received within 30 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel: * More than 45 days prior to departure, deposit
will be retained to a maximum of 20% of the total tour price * Between
45 - 16 days prior to departure - 30% of the total tour price will be
retained * Between 15 - 8 days prior to departure - 50% of the total
tour price will be retained * Between 7 days and the day of departure,
100% of the total package will be retained.
Credit Cards
Should you or an authorized person disclose your credit card number
and expiry date for the purpose of making a reservation, you are indicating
your compliance with our booking Terms & Conditions, and therefore
agree to pay the amount debited to your card, regardless of whether
an authorized signature has been obtained or not. It is agreed that,
should you refuse to pay within the set guide lines, Terms & Conditions,
the dispute will be taken to a Court of Law and all legal and administrative
costs will be absorbed by the card holder
Responsibility
Prince Edward Tours will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses,
damages, cost or expenses arising of personal injury, accidents or death,
damage or delay of baggage or other property, inconvenience, loss of
enjoyment, upset, disappointment distress or frustration, whether physical
of mental resulting from any of the following:
- Sickness, theft, labour disputes, mechanical breakdown, quarantine,
government actions, weather, or any cause beyond our direct control;
- Failure to follow instructions including but not limited to airport
departure times, baggage handling and check in and checkout times;
